Why evidence can be limited
Some pages render little useful public structure, rely on scripts that do not expose the required content, or are blocked before a bounded scan can read them. The brief surfaces this rather than pretending the missing material was assessed.
When to ask for help
Contact support when a page is publicly available and consistently returns an unexpected acquisition result. Include the URL, the time of the scan, and the result you expected—never credentials or private page content.
