GrowthBooks is a diagnostic service operated by Apollo Advisors, ABN 34 346 108 139. These terms govern your use of GrowthBooks and its four Book products.

By creating an account, starting a review, or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity undertaken through your workspace and for making sure the people you invite are authorised to use it.

We may suspend access where we reasonably believe the service is being misused, compromised, or used in a way that creates risk for other customers or the service.

You may submit only URLs that you are authorised to assess. You must not use GrowthBooks to access private systems, bypass access controls, or submit URLs that could expose another person’s confidential information.

A review is a structured first-pass diagnostic. It does not replace customer research, professional advice, security testing, legal review, financial analysis, or editorial judgement.

Paid plans, renewal terms, scan limits, and fees are presented at checkout or in your billing area. You are responsible for applicable fees and taxes associated with your selected plan.

We may change future plan features or prices with reasonable notice where required by law or the applicable billing terms.

We aim to keep GrowthBooks available and useful, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, or changes outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee that every URL can be acquired or that every diagnostic signal will be complete.

To the extent permitted by law, GrowthBooks is provided without warranties not expressly stated in these terms. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service period, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms as GrowthBooks evolves. The current version will always be available on this page.
